  2. Sprinkle the gelatin over the milk in a bowl and letĀ  it stand until the gelatin softens, about 5 minutes.Add this gelatin mixture into the hot cream mixture and Stir until dissolved, then stir in the yogurt.
  3. Pour this mixed contents in bowls and cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until set, at least 6 hours or overnight.
  4. Dip each ramekin or bowl in warm water and invert onto a plate. Garnish each Panna cotta with strawberries and mint or any desired garnish options.
