  1. Take bunch pudina of A leaves ( mint leaves)
  2. Take 1 Teaspoon Urad Dal
  3. Prepare 2 Green chillies
  4. Use 2 chillies Red
  5. Prepare to taste Salt
  6. Provide to taste Tamarind
  7. Use a few Coriander leaves -
  8. Provide 1/2 Teaspoon Oil
  9. You need 1/2 Cup coconut Grated ( optional)
Steps to make Pudina Chutney (Mint dips):
  1. Heat the pudina leaves and coriander leaves in a kadai for a minute or two.
  2. Heat oil in a kadai in order to roast urad dal, green chillies and red chillies.
  3. Grind the leaves,roasted dal and chillies alongwith tamarind and salt to a fine paste in a mixture grinder. Add a little water while grinding. You can add coconut also while grinding(optional)
  4. Pudina chutney is ready to be served.
